Building Belonging Where We Work (title card)

Strengthen Belonging. Strengthen Your Workplace.

Build shared language, practical tools, and meaningful practices that support inclusive workplace cultures across teams and roles.

Why This Workshop Matters

Many teams haven’t been given the tools, shared language, or space to navigate conversations about inclusion, identity, and belonging in the workplace.

As conversations around identity and belonging become more present in workplaces, many people want to contribute to a safer, more inclusive workplace culture but aren’t always sure how to do so. When there’s uncertainty about language or fear of “saying the wrong thing,” discomfort can quietly turn into disengagement, tension, or harm — with 2SLGBTQIA+ people most often feeling the impact.

Building Belonging Where We Work creates space for honest conversation, practical learning, and real-world application. While the workshop centres the experiences of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, the skills developed support workplaces where all people feel respected, supported, and able to contribute fully.

The tools and strategies explored in this workshop help teams build trust, strengthen relationships, and foster healthier workplace cultures.
